YOUR TRUST. OUR RESPONSIBILITY.
Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service
cloudstreamer.me is operated by Systema Systems, House 77, Road 13, Sector 13, Uttara, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh. Contact support@cloudstreamer.me about these terms or your account. These terms govern your use of our platform. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing; it is not a blanket request for consent.
2. What cloudstreamer.me does
The platform helps streamers organize videos, albums, audience access, and broadcasts using their own Cloudflare accounts. Features depend on availability and the permissions you grant. Media is intended to upload or stream directly to Cloudflare, rather than through our application servers. Your Cloudflare account, its eligibility, and usage charges are separate from our service. Some integrations are still being developed; a preview or saved draft does not mean a broadcast is live or scheduled publication is operational.
3. Accounts and connected services
Provide accurate account details and protect your login credentials. Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your content and the account permissions you grant. You can revoke a third-party authorization through that provider; doing so may stop the relevant platform features. Revoking Cloudflare access or stopping use does not itself cancel a separate subscription. Contact support about suspected unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The current creator plan is USD 9.99 per month, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. An active subscription is required before creating videos or albums. Polar handles the platform subscription as merchant of record; its checkout identifies the recurring amount, billing interval, payment terms, and cancellation controls. Subscription management is available from our Subscription page when connected. Scheduled cancellation normally preserves access through the confirmed current period; payment failures or expiry can restrict workspace access.
Cloudflare storage and delivery charges are not included. Viewer payments for a streamer's videos or albums are separate from the platform subscription. Where those purchases are enabled, review the seller, price, access conditions, and payment-provider terms before paying. Contact support for platform billing issues. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights. Any consent or acknowledgement required to begin performance during a statutory withdrawal period must be obtained separately; these terms do not waive that right.
5. Your content and audience
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize us to process content metadata and perform the connected-account operations needed to provide the features you request. Obtain the rights and permissions needed for videos, images, recordings, and audience information. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, abuse the service, or attempt unauthorized access. A protected link or password does not guarantee that an authorized viewer cannot copy or share content.
6. Personal data and streamer responsibilities
When a streamer decides why and how to use audience information, the streamer is responsible for the applicable privacy notices, lawful basis, and audience-rights handling. Where we process that information on the streamer's instructions, the required data-processing agreement must cover that processing before personal data is used under that arrangement. Contact support to arrange the appropriate agreement. Do not treat these general terms as a completed data-processing agreement.
7. Service availability and suspension
We may restrict access to address security issues, unlawful activity, abuse, or material breaches of these terms. If your account is suspended, contact support to request a review. Service availability can depend on Cloudflare, payment providers, network conditions, and maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted broadcasting or recovery of every recording. Suspension does not, by itself, mean your Cloudflare media has been deleted or your subscription canceled.
8. Closing an account and requesting help
You can ask to close your account or exercise privacy rights through the privacy request form. We verify identity and review the request before making changes. Closing the platform account, removing Cloudflare media, and canceling provider billing are distinct actions; support will help clarify the requested scope. We may retain information where needed for legal obligations or legal claims.
9. Liability and your legal protections
Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer protections. Disputes should first be raised with support@cloudstreamer.me. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, these terms do not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law that applies to you.
10. Changes
We will identify updates with a new date and provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting existing customers. Changes to prices or contractual rights will apply only as permitted by applicable law and the relevant subscription terms. Contact us if you need a copy of the terms applicable to your subscription.
